How to Download or Print a Result as a PDF

Download PDF is the first button below a finished result, and Print is in the same row. Both appear on the Title Quote, the Seller Net Sheet, and the Buyer Closing Cost Estimate, and on the page a share-link recipient opens.

Download

The file is built in your browser at the moment you select the button, from the result currently on screen. There is no queue and no wait for a server, and nothing is stored for later retrieval. Change an input, recalculate, and download again to get a corrected file.

Filenames carry your company, the document type, a date and time stamp, and the ZIP, in the form YourTitleCompany-NetSheet-20260826-143052-83864.pdf. Two estimates generated minutes apart do not collide, and a folder of them sorts chronologically without renaming.

What lands in the file

A letterhead with your logo and the document title, the property or county the estimate resolved to, the figures exactly as itemised on screen, and the disclaimer. Your phone, email, and website close the last page.

Amounts in parentheses are subtracted from the headline figure. Seller deductions and buyer credits are shown that way; buyer costs are shown plain.

If the estimate was produced through a partner’s branded link or from inside the Partner Portal, that partner’s name, photo, and contact details appear as a strip across the top.

Print

Print does not print the web page. It builds the same PDF and sends that to your printer, so the printed copy matches the downloaded one rather than reproducing the site’s navigation and buttons.

On desktop this is one step. On iPhone and iPad the PDF opens in a new tab and you print from there, because no iOS browser can print a PDF from within a page. If your browser blocks that tab, you will get a prompt to allow it.

If the buttons are missing

No Download PDF or Print anywhere. PDF output is a site-wide setting and yours is switched off. That is an administrator change, not something to work around.

A form appears before the file downloads. On the Title Quote only, a site can require a name, email, and phone before releasing the PDF or the print job. It is off unless your agency turned it on, and it never applies to partners signed in to the Partner Portal, who are not treated as leads.

Nothing happens at all. PDF generation needs its libraries loaded before it can run. Reload the page and recalculate. There is no fallback to browser printing, so a failure is reported rather than producing a stripped-down file that looks official.
