Branding And Wording
Setting Your Logo and Brand Color
Quick Answer
Everything here lives in one place: TitleThrive → Settings → PDF Reports & Export, under the Company Branding heading. Set it once and it applies across all four tools.
The logo
Company Logo takes PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG. Whatever you upload is converted to PNG before it goes into the document, and an SVG is rasterised at 1600px on its long edge first, so a vector logo stays sharp.
It renders top left on the letterhead of every PDF. The layout adapts to the shape of your file: a wide banner, a square mark, and a tall stacked logo each get a different bounding box, so you do not need to crop to a particular ratio. Upload the version you actually use.
Use Remove to clear it. With no logo, your company name renders as text in the same position.
Brand color
Brand Color takes a hex value and defaults to #0073aa. It drives the accent rules and headings in the PDF layout. Paste your hex code rather than approximating it.
Contact details, and where each one lands
Four fields sit under the logo, and they do not all behave the same way.
Company Name appears in the PDF header, and also in the subject line of every estimate your team emails out, as Seller Net Sheet from Your Company. It defaults to your WordPress site name, so it is worth setting explicitly if the two differ.
Phone Number, Email Address, and Website URL print together in the footer of the last page.
Office Address does not appear on your quote, net sheet, or buyer estimate PDFs. The field’s own description says it is for the PDF header; that is not what the documents do. It renders only on the Lender Worksheet, which is a separately gated tool. Fill it in if you use that worksheet, and expect nothing from it otherwise.
One place this does not reach
The Partner Portal’s invitation email is branded with your WordPress site name, not with Company Name. If a new partner receives an invitation naming something other than your company, that is where it comes from, and changing it means changing the site title.
Checking your work
Branding is applied when the document is generated, so there is nothing to publish or clear. Run any tool, select Download PDF, and look at the first and last page. If the logo is missing there, it was not saved. Agents in the Partner Portal can add their own headshot and details on top of this, but your agency branding is what a public visitor sees.
