Agency admin performance dashboard with estimates run, outputs taken, active partners, estimates per day and estimates by tool

A title company grows through relationships. The agents listing and selling homes in your market. The loan officers sending over refinances. The builders and attorneys who call when a deal gets complicated.

And behind those relationships is a lot of everyday work from your team: preparing a net sheet for a listing appointment, putting together closing costs for a buyer, or getting title and settlement fees to a lender.

The TitleThrive Partner Portal brings that work together in one place. It is built into every TitleThrive website and designed for the three groups that use your tools most: the people managing your agency, the staff preparing estimates, and the partners sending you business.

For the agency admin: see how the whole network is being used

The Partner Portal gives an agency admin a clear view of what’s happening across the company.

You can see estimates by tool and by day over the last 7, 30 or 90 days. You can see whether an estimate came from a signed-in partner, a staff member, or someone visiting your website. You can also see what they did with it, whether they downloaded a PDF, sent an email, created a share link, or submitted their contact information.

And because title is local, you can see where that activity is happening by county.

The partner roster gives you another view of the business. Each agent or lender can be assigned to the Title Rep who manages that relationship. From one screen, you can see each rep’s partners, pending invitations, partners who haven’t signed in yet, and the activity coming from their book of business.

Agency roster grouped by Title Rep

If someone hasn’t been assigned to a rep, they’re easy to spot. If a rep leaves or territories change, those relationships can be reassigned without rebuilding accounts or starting over.

It’s a much clearer picture of who your team is working with and whether the tools you’re providing are actually being used.

For your staff: every estimate prepared the same way

Your team prepares estimates all day, and not always from the same desk.

It might be an escrow officer answering a lender’s question, a title rep following up after an office visit, or someone at the front desk taking a call from a new agent. Each person can have their own login and access the same tools.

Staff can prepare a Title Quote, Seller Net Sheet, Buyer Estimate or Lender Estimate using the rates and fees your agency has configured. The finished estimate follows the same clean format and carries your company’s branding, regardless of who prepared it.

Staff accounts and the estimates each prepared

From there, they can download a PDF, send the estimate by email, or create a link to share it online.

Their work is saved, too. If the sales price changes tomorrow, they can reopen the estimate, change the numbers, and send an updated version.

For your partners: ready when they need it

Real estate agents don’t always need a net sheet at 10:00 on a Tuesday morning.

Sometimes it’s 8:30 the night before a listing presentation and they want to show the seller what they might walk away with at three different price points. Sometimes they’re headed into a buyer consultation and need an estimate of cash to close. A loan officer may need title and settlement fees while they’re working through numbers with a borrower.

With their own portal login, they can prepare it themselves, whenever they’re working.

Seller net sheet showing the agent Prepared by card

An agent sets up their profile once with their headshot, brokerage logo, contact information and brand color. The estimates they prepare carry their details, with your title company behind the numbers.

They also get a personal link to your tools, such as yourtitlecompany.com/agent/jane-smith, and a QR code they can use on printed or digital marketing. A client can follow that link and use the tools without creating an account or signing in.

Your partner gets something genuinely useful to share with their clients, and the numbers still come from you.

Partner Portal on a phone with the New estimate menu open

Built for the phone in their pocket

A lot of this work doesn’t happen behind a desk, so the portal isn’t designed like a desktop system squeezed onto a smaller screen.

An agent can sign in from their phone, save the portal to their home screen, and open it much like an app. There is nothing to download from an app store and nothing extra to install.

Tap New estimate and the Seller Net Sheet, Buyer Estimate, Title Quote and Lender Estimate are right there. Previous estimates are just as easy to find, so an agent can reopen one, change a price, and send the updated numbers to a client while they’re still sitting in the driveway.

One website. One set of numbers.

The Partner Portal lives on your website and your domain. Partners come back to your company to sign in, the emails they receive carry your company’s name, and the estimates they share name your company as the one that prepared them. There’s no separate portal vendor or third-party add-on to manage.

More importantly, the portal isn’t working from a separate set of rates and fees.

When your agency updates a rate or fee in TitleThrive, that change is reflected across the tools using it. Your public website calculators, staff accounts, and partner accounts are all working from the same configuration.

That’s a big part of what we’re building with TitleThrive.

Your website shouldn’t sit off to the side of your business as an online brochure. It should be a useful part of how your team serves customers and supports the agents and lenders you work with every day.

The Partner Portal is one way we make that happen.
