By accepting these terms, you are choosing to participate in the TitleThrive Partner Portal. Your name, headshot, contact information, and agency affiliation may appear alongside TitleThrive on calculator pages, shared links, and PDFs generated through your portal account.

Voluntary Participation & Consumer Choice

Participation in the portal is voluntary and non-exclusive. Nothing about your participation requires you to refer title, escrow, or settlement business to TitleThrive.

Consumers remain free to select their title, escrow, and settlement service providers as permitted by applicable law and the terms of their transaction.

Portal access is not compensation for referrals, and no payment, commission, referral fee, or other consideration is provided based on the amount or value of business referred.

Use of the Tool

The calculators provide estimates for informational purposes only. Results are based on information entered into the calculator and the rates, fees, rules, and assumptions configured at the time of calculation.

Calculator results are not a title commitment, insurance policy, settlement statement, binding quote, or guarantee of final charges. Final title premiums, settlement fees, taxes, credits, prorations, and other charges are determined based on the actual transaction and applicable filed rates, underwriting requirements, and law.

Data & Portal Access

Information submitted through the calculator may include property information, transaction details, and contact information voluntarily provided by consumers. Certain information associated with activity through your portal account may be visible to you within the portal.

You agree to access and use this information only for legitimate professional purposes related to the consumer's transaction or inquiry and consistent with applicable privacy laws and the consumer's reasonable expectations.

You are responsible for protecting your portal credentials, limiting access to authorized users, and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of consumer information.

Consumer information obtained through the portal may not be sold, shared for unrelated purposes, or used for unrelated marketing without any consent or authorization required by applicable law.

Attribution

Activity occurring through your portal account may be associated with your account for administrative, service, security, and usage-reporting purposes.

Attribution does not establish that you referred a consumer to TitleThrive, create an obligation to refer business, or entitle you to compensation or other benefits.

Questions & Complaints

Questions or complaints regarding calculator results, title or settlement services, privacy, or use of the portal should be directed to TitleThrive so they may be reviewed and handled through the company's applicable procedures.

Suspension or Termination

You may discontinue participation at any time by contacting TitleThrive.

TitleThrive may modify, suspend, or discontinue portal access when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, regulatory, or operational purposes.

Following termination, your branded portal access may be deactivated. PDFs, shared links, or other materials created before deactivation may continue to exist or circulate.
